The ABC Board Purchasing Section is responsible for purchasing all distilled spirits and wines for sale in the state. After the Board members have approved the lists of brands to be purchased, the actual quantities to be bought are determined largely by computerized statistical computations based on previous sales. This series consists of monthly computer printouts indicating statewide case sales by code and by type for the previous ten-month period. Information provided includes code, brand name, case sale figures by month, and total inventory at the end of the current month.
